DHL Express
Most dealer orders ship in cartons by DHL Express: door to door, tracked, and cleared through customs by DHL in your country.

Pallet freight

Do I pay UK VAT?
No. Goods exported from the UK to a customer outside the UK are zero-rated for UK VAT. Prices on this site are shown excluding VAT.
What do I pay when the goods arrive?
Your own country charges import VAT (or its local sales tax) and any customs duty when the shipment arrives. A VAT-registered business can normally reclaim the import VAT on its VAT return. Duty is a cost, and the rate depends on the commodity code of each product.
What changed for EU dealers after Brexit?
The UK is outside the EU customs union, so every shipment to the EU needs a customs declaration. To import as a business you need an EORI number. Give it to us when you apply and we print it on every invoice.
The UK–EU trade agreement removes duty only on goods that qualify as UK origin. Most Senzo parts do not qualify, so standard EU duty applies at the rate for each commodity code.
Who handles customs clearance?
By default you are the importer of record: the carrier clears the shipment and invoices you for duty and import VAT before delivery. If you would prefer us to pay duties and taxes and add them to your invoice, ask when you order and we will confirm whether that is available for your country.
What paperwork comes with the order?
A commercial invoice showing commodity (HS) codes, country of origin, values in GBP, net and gross weights, and your VAT and EORI numbers. Other documents, such as a certificate of origin, are available on request.
Do you ship outside Europe?
Yes. The same principle applies everywhere: no UK VAT on export, and local import taxes are charged on arrival. Tell us your country in the application and we quote carriage with your first order.
